For Head of Department (department currently filled):

Tasks:
1. Track financial gains from sales
2. Track expenditure from stocking products
3. Track expenditure from club operations
4. Track financial gains from commission from projects
5. Manage funds from fundraisers
6. Allocate funds for different activities
7. Prepare financial reports for transparency
8. Ensure legal and ethical practices

For Member of Department:
Provide financial support for club activities while club's balance is insufficient (All financial support provided by members will be allocated into club's activities and will not be used for any other purposes)
