Tasks:
1. Review members' requests for department application
2. Promote members to certain departments
3. Organize team-building activities during year-end celebration
4. Track attendance and contribution of members
5. Resolve internal conflicts
6. Reward and honor contributions of members
7. Change member of the week/month/quarter weekly/monthly/quarterly
8. Communicate internal updates to members
9. Ensure new members are welcomed
